Description:
A leading Southwestern, Ohio client has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find qualified candidates for their Semiconductor Process Engineer position.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Materials, or other relevant Sciences and 10 years experience with semiconductor and bump bond processes. The individual will support bump bond production in an IR semiconductor fab. This person must have the ability to work with technicians and develop more efficient methods to meet daily requirements. You will also work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure equipment is in top condition and development engineering to produce new bond processes that will meet our latest requirements.
