Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a fast growing Southwestern, OH company to find and qualify candidates for their 2 hardware engineer positions. The senior level EE position consists of 60% project management which requires review of schematics and functionality, firmware, hardware, and component specification. The senior level EE responsibilities also include 20% in-house, design and 20% "other" or working with external design houses. The junior to mid level person will be responsible for 40% project management and 40% design with 20% in-house design.
Requirements:
Both positions require 4 year engineering degrees and good communication skills. The senior level EE position must have project management experience as well as a mixture of digital and analog design. The junior to mid-level person will have a background in digital/analog design and some project management experience.
Candidates with knowledge of High speed signal routing and experience in AC/DC Convertor design, Embedded C, and video and/or RF are strongly desired. Experience working with overseas suppliers is also considered a plus.
