Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Southwest, OH company to find and qualify candidates to fill their Mechanical Engineer position. This person will take on diverse projects in material design from start to finish - including design, test, project management and documentation. This person will be required to design and test their own products.
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have Hands-on mechanical design experience and knowledge of diverse materials including metals, pneumatics and springs. Experience designing for rugged environments. Candidates should have experience supporting a manufacturing environment. Experience performing DFMEA and FEA is preferred. 3D design experience is required.
An understanding of the APQP process is a plus. Knowledge of vibration test fixture design is also plus.
