Duties & Responsibility
Main responsibility is Test and Verification of tractor & implements.
Along with supervisor, need to make test plan & conduct test by organizing test operators
Reporting is very important. Starting from fact-reporting, technical feedback or proposal of improvement are highly appreciated.
Development process will be done in cooperative way with designers, production dept. & procurement dept.
The verification of all tractor implements are required. By actually try assembling & operating, find out necessary modification
Need to understand USA-regulation. And conduct homologation test & make report.
In field, the person dose assembling, fixing, & operating prototype
(Our idea is by actually operation or maintaining machines, engineer finds issue & improvement.)
At desk, the person makes reports by showing technical evidence. (Calculation, Analysis, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Knowledge of mechanical engineering. Some knowledge of Hydraulic & Electric.
Ability of potential of analyzing mechanical issues.
Ability of potential instructing TEST operator.
Ability of understanding SAE, ASAE and other regulations.
Skill or potential of maintaining & operating tractor/Implements.
Tendency of enjoying intercultural communication. (with Japanese)
