EXPERIENCE:
Graduated college majored in Agricultural engineering preferably.
Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
Experience of agricultural tractor or construction industry service for at least 5 years.
Has tractor component knowledge, especially engine, drivetrain, hydraulics and field implements.
Has experience on making manuals.(Service and Technical)
Also has to be a good communicator.
DUTIES:
Reports to the President
Advise & support president technically, hopefully with market knowledge
Responsible for the Service Manual development
Inspect prototype of tractor & implements
Occasionally visit Dealers who has troubled tractor or implements
