Duties:
Lead activities that result in the development and commercialization of additives for use in polyethylene resins.
Education desired:
At least a BS in engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or other related degree. Advanced degree desireable.
Experience desired:
7 – 12 years of experience in polymer industry. Experience in the area of resin design, formulation, and manufacturing is critical. Experience in polymer application development and customer support is a bonus.
Skills / Knowledge desired and demonstrated:
-able to communicate well with research chemists, customers (converters, resin companies), marketing and sales teams, and application development teams.

-understanding of the relationship between various resin production processes, catalyst systems, and their impact on processing performance.
