They have a need for an experienced Java Developer....They have the option of hiring either a senior developer or Java Architect.You must have 5 years of Object oriented development and 1 to 2 years in a leadership role.Your experience should include information modeling and strong JEE experience. You should also have knowledge of some of the following...Hibernate, Struts, Apache Ant etc.
