Lead Test Engineer

• Must have BSEE/EET/ET/Physics and 5 - 10 years of experience.
• Must have experience creating Test Plans.
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Nice to have Secret Security Clearance
• Nice to have experience testing process improvement through test yields, defects per unit, test cycle times and average troubleshoots times.
• Nice to have experience leading a group of Test Engineers in the development or support of test program sets.

• Will develop test software using LabVIEW.
• Develop and document test hardware and software using computer based tools.
• Will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, complete specifications and procedures for new and existing products.
• Will design, develop and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
