Physical Therapist - Home Care Provides complete physical therapy care to Home Care patients, working toward optimal outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school. Valid Wyoming Physical Therapist license. Must have current drivers license in good standing and auto insurance. CPR certified. 2 years experience in either an in-patient or out-patient setting is preferred. Able to lift 40 lb. floor to knuckle 25 lb knuckle to shoulder; 15 lb overhead.
Pay is from $25.84 and up DOE.
