Job Description:
Develops, plans and organizes the Heart Failure program goals and objectives in collaboration with the Heart Failure medical director. serves as a resource to physicians, nurses and all personnel in relation to the Heart Failure program and it's patients.
Job Requirements: MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing.
• At least five years experience in an acute care setting with knowledge of heart failure management.
LICENSURE OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
• Current license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the state of Kansas
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification and Healthcare Provider CPR certification
