Description:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other designated, licensed health care professional, provides routine, standardized nursing care for patients with predictable outcomes. Assumes responsibility for data collection related to patient status; ongoing monitoring, measuring, and documentation of patient responses; provides patient/family instruction. Performs additional patient care functions for which appropriately licensed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program with 1 year experience, current SC LPN License, and CPR required. 3 years experience preferred. No new grads.
Minimum Salary (base rate):
$13.50/Hour
