Job Description: Implements personal exercise orientation (PEO's) process, prescribes individualized member fitness programs, personal interaction with members on the floor, supervises the safety of members using the facility and equipment. Involved in both the development and the implementation of various club sponsored program offerings, follow-up reports on equipment maintenance, customer service and goal setting for members and maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field with minimum of 1 year experience in hospital-based fitness, wellness or similar setting and CPR Certification required. First Aid Certification is preferred.
Minimum Salary:
$14.24/Hour
