Position Summary
Koch Business Solutions, LP provides tax services to all the Koch Industries, Inc. companies. Koch companies are privately owned. They are deeply connected to communities, customers and employees. We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to become a part of our team. This position will provide qualified candidates with the opportunity to engage directly with the business Tax Directors and to be an integral part of developing business strategies. You will own the transaction tax strategies for the specific businesses you support. Specific responsibilities will include ensuring the businesses are achieving tax efficiencies by providing tax research, tax planning, administration and interpretation of tax policies, tax support for mergers and acquisitions and related due diligence, supporting business development, overseeing tax audits and tax appeals and other disputes with various governmental agencies.

Requirements
Qualifications are:
5+ years experience with sales use state tax.
Knowledge and experience managing complex tax projects.
Knowledge and experience managing government audits and compliance.
Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Experience developing tax strategies, communication with business leaders, and implementation.
Bachelor's degree required; Masters or JD would be a plus
