Koch Nitrogen Company and its affiliates own and invest in nitrogen fertilizer production and storage capacity in North America, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. The company's fertilizer interests manufacture, market and distribute more than 6 million metric tons of nitrogen products annually. Koch Nitrogen Company owns and operates facilities in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska which produce anhydrous ammonia, UAN and urea. These plants provide fertilizer to customers in Oklahoma, Kansas and the Midwest. Combined, Koch Nitrogen’s fertilizer interests can produce about 6 million metric tons of nitrogen fertilizer annually.

Position Summary
Koch Nitrogen Company is looking for a Reliability Manager to join our terminal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of new and existing reliability systems and drive improvement within Koch Nitrogen's terminal system. This will include developing improvement plans and working with field leaders to implement programs, as well as, working with facility and business leaders developing measures to track progress. The Reliability Manager will also be responsible for development and prioritization of reliability projects.
Requirements
• Must be able to access ladders, stairs, heights in a chemical process facility
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required (including air travel)
• Available for weekend work as required
• Background in chemical plant or terminal operations and reliability system implementation and improvements
• Strong commitment to Safety, Environmental, and business Compliance
• Must have high leadership skills, organizational skills, work standards, technical abilities, business skills, and personal accountability
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Chemical, Mechanical) or equivalent work history
Preferred
• Well rounded background in Fixed, Rotating, and I&E Equipment
• API 570 certification and strong background in compressor and pump reliability and selection a plus
