Position Summary
Koch Carbon is seeking a Contract Administrator who is self-motivated and detail oriented. In this position you would have the opportunity to manage and coordinate the documentation associated with finalizing business agreements while working closely with the marketing team.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Research and follow-through on a variety of contract issues involving profitability
* Prepare month end reconciliations of inventory and gross profit
* Prepare quarterly reconciliation of commission structure pricing
* Collaborate with a variety of business professionals from various departments such as Legal, Operations, Credit, and Accounting.
* Work closely with traders and counterparties, in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced, team atmosphere
* Fully comply with Koch Carbon contract administration standards
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Previous experience in an Accounting Assistant role or AP/AR experience
* Self-directed
* Detail-oriented with superior reading comprehension skills and a dedication to accuracy and thoroughness
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Willingness to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment
