Position Overview:
Provides personal care and observes patient rights while in their home.
Education Requirements:
Must complete the Home Health Aide course and write the State exam within three months after being employed in Home Health. Maintain certification by completing 12 hours of continuing education each year. Must be CPR certified.
Experience Requirements:
One (1) year previous nurse aide (CNA) experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/ REGISTRATION:
CNA/HHA required for Home Health Services. Must have valid drivers license.
