Position Overview:
Provides patient care to patients in a variety of settings including evaluation plan development plan implementation and modification documentation education and communication.
Education Requirements:
Graduate of a program in Occupational Therapy.
Experience Requirements:
One year experience preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/ REGISTRATION:
Current Kansas license in Occupational Therapy. Current CPR or receipt of certification within 1 month of hire date.
