Ability to develop group exercise classes to music for healthy individuals as well as for those with medical conditions. Knowledge of teaching various types of exercise classes including high/low-impact aerobics, step aerobics, muscle strengthening, flexibility and/or yoga. Strong verbal communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to effectively coordinate several simultaneous activities. Must be able to effectively demonstrate various exercise movements for class participants. Full mobility and ability to lift 50 pounds.
