Job Details:
A Newton Medical Center staff physical therapist assumes responsibility in the daily activities of the rehab services department. This includes evaluating and developing treatment plans for out-patient, and in-patient clients. The staff therapist is directly responsible to the Director, and has the responsibility for overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, and students in their area of the rehab services department/facility. In addition, the staff therapist is involved in documenting as necessary and appropriate, while also assisting, or actively participating, in quality and safety procedures for the department/facility.
