The Marketing Manager serves as the primary lead on developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products that drive lead generation, customer and prospect engagement, and increased market awareness.  Oversees implementation of the Marketing strategy, including outbound/inbound campaigns, content development, events, digital marketing, public relations, and communications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive marketing plan based on ACS company objectives
  • Manages marketing budget for all activities and staff
  • Implements and manages a multi-tiered ACS Customer Engagement program
  • Measures and reports the return on investment of all marketing activities against company objectives
  • Owns and manages the ACS digital marketing stategy across all channels, including website, email, social media, PPC, and display advertising
  • Enhances and maintains all product and company marketing collateral to align the company vision
  • Maintains relationships with industry analyst, industry press and key industry influencers
  • Works with Sales to develop market and sales stategies including market segmentation, white space analysis, pipeline analysis, etc.
  • Supports internal teams in the messaging and presentation of client supporting materials such as training videos, manuals, proposals, and presentations
  • Leads the ACS "Thought Leadership" program to position the company's vision and portfolio across the utility space
  • Manages ACS channel partner relationship and campaigns to increase Sales
  • Builds and manages the ACS Marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish preferred)
  • 5 - 8 years Marketing experience within the Utility sector
  • Self-starter, ability to manage internal team and external partner activities based on goals, and experience managing a team preferrred
  • Strong oral, written and digital communication skills
  • Role involves occasional travel, up to 25%
