Description:
This position will provide first level technical support via the HelpDesk. Will load, verify and configure software modules. Will provide software and hardware upgrade support. Will provide on-site technical support as required. Our CSE 1s are placed on our FastTrack Training Program and have exceptional growth potential based on performance.
Requires. B.S. degree or foreign equivalent in E.E. or Computer Science, plus 2 years work exp in electric utility computer technical support or 1 year work experience in applied technology in an industrial or electric utility application.
