Job Description:
Needed to load, verify and configure software modules; provide technical support to customers; provide software and hardware upgrade support and provide on-site technical support as required.
Positions require BSEE, BSEET, BSCE or BSCS with 2 years practical hands on experience; electric utility experience a definite plus; knowledge of various networking solutions, servers, hardware and operating systems in a data management center desirable. Ideal candidates will have above average interpersonal skills, troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate in a highly technical environment. UNIX/Linux experience needed with RHEL preferred. Some travel may be required.
