This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of projects from concept through hand over. This includes front end planning and definition to translate requirements into project scope, budget development, execution strategy, with a continued leadership role to carry projects from design through construction. The projects are largely EPC or Design-Build in nature. He/she must have a solid understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects, and the knowledge and social skills needed to lead diverse and dynamic teams.

The Project Manager is a key leadership role which assists in delivery to the companies objectives through successful projects and customer relationships. The role requires consistently meeting client expectations, both defined and implied, by successfully managing projects through meeting program objectives in parallel with balancing scope, time, cost and quality. This position is located in Madison, Wisconsin or Greenville, South Carolina. Relocation costs are paid for by ACS.

Basic requirements include:

• Experienced in managing EPC type projects. Has demonstrated progressive career path which shows increased skills and abilities in these areas.
• Bachelors degree in mechanical or chemical engineering with a minimum 8 years of progressively responsible project design, project execution and management experience.
• A minimum of five years of design experience and possesses an overall technical understanding in the areas of process, mechanical, electrical and controls design.
• Understanding at a level commensurate with leading a multidiscipline team.
