Our growing medical practice in Roanoke is currently seeking an individual to work evenings and weekends as a part of our dynamic practice. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, verifying patient demographics, collecting copays, directing patient flow, and ensuring that our patients have the best possible experience.
Qualifications include experience working in a physician practice (preferably mental health), excellent customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft office products (MS Word, MS Excel), experience with a multi-line phone system, and a pleasant demeanor.
This permanent PT position offers 15-20 hours per week with a competitive starting hourly rate that is based upon experience and performance.
