Job Location: Palm Beach, FL
Description:
Affinity Consulting Group, Inc. - A leading provider of Nationwide Direct Hire Professional level Recruiting and Staffing Services is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients located in Palm Beach County, FL.
Salary:
$75k-85k + Benefits + Bonus
Summary:
As a PMP certified Project Manager you will assist our client with the assessment and overall business process improvements within our various business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for the analysis, assessment, and recommendations of the various business units / internal processes relating to software applications. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for delivering project status updates, documentation, and overall communication with executive and senior management.
Experience Required:
- 6+ plus years of project management experience
- PM experience with a technology discipline – Software Projects and Development
- Responsibilities as described above
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience With Change Management
Skills and Education Required:
- Bachelors Degree
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Be analytical and clear in thinking and documentation.
- Work well under pressure.
- Be self confident and decisive.
- Display leadership characteristics.
- Be passionate about the quality of service delivery.
Pluses:
- Financial sector experience also highly desired
- Six Sigma Certification
- PMP Certification
