Salary:
$20 - $23 p/hr - per year Base + Commission and Extensive Benefits package including:
Company Vehicle, Bonus plan, Profit sharing, Stock purchase plan, 401k - company matched, Extensive time off/vacation package + Health, Dental, Vision plan
Travel:
Up to 25%, for company paid training and field work, all travel costs compensated for.
Summary:
HVAC Technician needed to work in the field and shop setting-up, tearing down, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial chillers, heaters, and air conditioning systems and assisting with diesel power generators, and air compressors.
Experience and Abilities Required:
* Sr. Level experience repairing commercial HVAC equipment
* 3-5 years of HVAC repair experience
* Ability to lift heavy objects
* Ability to travel (primarily local)
* Ability to work on-call
Skills and Education Required:
* High School diploma or GED
* Universal EPA certification
* Excellent customer service skills
* Positive enthusiasm and a high energy level
* Ability to work as a team member and individual
* Adaptability to change
