Title: Sr. Web Architect
Salary: $100k to $120k per year + Extensive Benefits package and Bonus
Summary:
Technical lead for front-end development on client web sites, and has expertise in key technologies required to build and support these web sites.
Experience Required:
• Experienced with technologies involved in front-end development of web sites (HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSP, XML).
• Leader on all matters of technical relevance to programming development, attending meetings to convey the front end dev point of view on projects.
• Serves and mentor for other team members on technical matters, ensuring their skills are up-to-date and relevant, and that they have the tools needed to complete their tasks.
• Serves as point of contact for programming and product managers on technical issues.
• Responsible for writing code and overseeing the code written by other team members on key projects.
• Provides support for projects of large scope, and reviews input provided by other team members to ensure accuracy.
• Conducts code reviews on work completed by other team members to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Has oversight over technical decisions and issues related to front-end development.
• Works with his/her manager on allocations and schedules, but provides input into there decisions based on technical expertise.
• Gives feedback on product requirements from a technical perspective.
• Operates with significant latitude working with minimum supervision.
Skills and Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. OR Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and work independently.
