Job Summary:
Responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to grow subscribership through new accounts and for directly managing business relationships with major account prospects. Accountable for driving and achieving company defined sales objectives. Manages day-to-day Commercial Sales department activities aimed at new account sales for Network Health Plan product lines; and assists with new product development, annual marketing plan, and various related sales functions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. MBA or Master degree in health related field preferred. '5 years experience in healthcare-related direct sales, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintenance of a current Wisconsin Health Insurance Sales license will be required.
