Job Summary:
Provides prepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum obstetrical services and gynecological services, including patient histories and physicals, assessments, treatments, ordering of medications, performing and assisting in surgical procedures, pre-operative and post-operative care, etc. to Affinity Medical Group patients, in consultation with a licensed physician.
Job Requirements:
Graduation from program of Nurse-Midwifery approved by American College of Nurse-Midwives. Licensed as registered nurse in state of Wisconsin. Certified as Nurse-Midwife by American College of Nurse-Midwives. Learns job in 1-3 years. Ability to obtain appropriate practice privileges at area hospitals.
