Job Summary:
Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of occupational therapy services with a patient centered focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner. Flex Staff are required to work at a minimum of two AHS Rehab sites and have established minimum work requirements as outlined in the AHS policy "Rehab Relief and Flex Pool Policy."
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university. Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience in the field of occupational therapy is preferred. Basic computer literacy. Good written/verbal communication skills.
