Job Summary:
Provides inpatient and outpatient medical services, including patient histories and physical examinations, treatments, medications, etc. to Affinity Medical Group patients, in collaboration with and under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Job Requirements: Masters prepared in Nursing. Licensed as registered nurse in state of Wisconsin. Certification as Nurse Practitioner by American Nursing Association preferred. Learns job in 1-3 years. Ability to obtain appropriate practice privileges at area hospitals.
