Job Summary:
Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of physical therapy services with a patient centered focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient cost effective manner.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Masters or corresponding certification in physical therapy from an accredited college or university. Eligible for or currently certified in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Experience in the field of physical therapy is preferred. Basic computer literacy. Good written/verbal communication skills.
