Job Summary:
Responsible for the support and maintenance of modules within the Core Information Products (QNXT) as well as standalone applications implemented by AHS/NHP. Plans, coordinates and monitors the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of business applications and projects. Works as a liaison to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies and information systems. The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a Health Care field along with an IT background. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal degree. Experience in business or in an IT applications environment working with business systems and/or in project management. Understanding of database management, system design, querying, and report-writing skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with business owners/end-users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Proven record of consistently delivering high quality service to all internal/external customers.
