Job Details: - Bachelors degree is required - Licensure Required - Experience is preferred
Job Summary: Responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of physical therapy services with a personalized patient center focus. Assumes responsibility for patient education. Collaborates with other professionals and member of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Coordinates the delivery of patient care in an efficient and cost effective manner. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree, Masters, Doctorate or corresponding certification in physical therapy from an APTA accredited college or university. Licensed in the State of Wisconsin, or eligible for licensure within 3 months of hire or after 2 attempts to pass eligibility tests/requirements. Experience in the field of physical therapy is preferred. Ability to make sound decisions for clinical judgment. Development of specialty skills specific to patient population served.
