Regional Sales Manager / iMDs
Job Location: Warsaw, IN
Job Description:
Regional Sales Manager for all iMDs divisions which include Leis Medical, Inc, MedicineLodge, and Frontier BioMedical reporting to the Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities will be to develop a sales plan for your region and to then implement the plan. The plan will include the optimization of current customers and the development of new customers. Provide clear communications to both the customer and iMDs operational personnel regarding opportunities, requirements, and risks. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, manufacturing, and sales management. A minimum of three year experience in medical device sales is required.
Additional Information:
* A Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or Bio-Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
* You will prepare annual sales funnels and update it monthly.
* Develop sales strategies that align with corporate and operational goals.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key customer personnel at all levels.
* Attend any trade shows as necessary to support your customer base.
* Travel as necessary to support sales objectives.
