CNC Mill & Swiss Programmers
Job Location: Vandalia, OH
Overview
Leis Medical, Inc. is a world-class and worldwide provider of implants and instrumentation to the
orthopedic and spinal community. We have grown from a single person entrepreneurship to encompass a 71,000 square foot plant employing the latest in computer-controlled tool and manufacturing systems.
Leis Medical is seeking CNC Programmers for Mill and Swiss turn teams with the following qualifications:
Job Skills/Requirements:
1) Minimum 5 years “hands-on” experience in the metal-cutting industry
2) 3 years minimum CNC programming experience.
3) Well versed at solid modeling and the manipulation of same.
4) Proficient at tool and fixture design.
5) Strong math and analytical abilities.
6) Understanding and practical application of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing as well as Good Machining Practices.
7) Sound work ethics and desire to interact with others on a professional level.
Other preferable qualities or experience:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
2) 5-axis simultaneous programming.
3) CNC mill/turn, vertical & horizontal mills, lathe (& multi-axis lathe), wire & sinker edm, swiss turn machines.
4) Medical implant and instrumentation manufacturing background.
