Visit our website at : https://www.hirebridge.com/v3/application/applink.aspx?cid=6019&jid=179248 Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining contact with the local customer base insuring a continuous and improving revenue stream; P&L responsibility for the operation of the assigned territory; ensuring that all invoicing is completed on time and accurately; meeting or exceeding the job efficiency and gross profit goals for the region. Overseeing and managing the local labor and sales forces, ensuring that company policy is being followed and interfacing with various departments regarding all purchases, payroll, and capital expenditures.
Duties & Responsibilities: Develop new accounts and new contacts by identifying customer requirements, and preparing and presenting appropriate solutions along with quotations to close sales opportunities.
Develop customer relationships and business opportunities within the following market verticals: Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Municipal, Industrial, Education.
Identify, qualify, and capture sales opportunities by presenting advanced integrated solutions that address convergence, IP telephony / Unified communications, network switching, FTTH/triple-play solutions, routing and security, structured cabling, wireless networks, and physical security.
Manage and evaluate assigned workforce for the purpose of delivering services of exceptional quality, ensuring customer satisfaction while successfully attaining gross margin performance objectives, and support the continuing growth in revenue base.
Establish goals and achieve sales objectives by developing a comprehensive Business Development Plan.
Customer support, including: interfacing with the customer, providing guidance on problem resolution, insuring on time customer service, and maintaining a strong customer base. Develop new solutions based on defined market opportunity.
Exercise the responsibility and authority over budgets and expenses for assigned work area to include personnel, overhead, training, tools, fleet, and office staff. Moderate overnight travel required
Skills/Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field required or a minimum of five years equivalent experience in a similar technical management position Extensive relevant technical experience to include fundamental understanding of voice and data networking, structured cabling, fiber optics, routing and switching. Familiarity with business concepts related to the use of information technologies and networking in all aspects of business Sales/business development experience required Ability to develop and present comprehensive sales proposals Supervisory experience required. and organizational operations for the achievement of business/operating objectives. Public speaking experience preferred Current industry-related licenses and certifications preferred Knowledge of Telecommunications industry Ability to develop and present comprehensive sales proposals Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
