The Finance Intern is responsible for assisting with a wide variety of Accounting / Finance projects for our various lines of business. This is an exciting opportunity for a college student to gain knowledge and work experience while expanding their education during the summer of 2018.
The individual will be responsible for providing assistance and completing projects for the accounting department with some of the following:
- Month end close
- Financial reporting
- Implementation of JSOX compliance activities
- Integration of acquisition entities
- Oracle R12 upgrade
- Process improvement
- Accounting research
- Documentation of processes
- Special projects as needed
- Must be a current student at an accredited four year college or university studying accounting or finance; at least a sophomore with a minimum 2.75 GPA
- Must be detail oriented
- Previous Finance or Accounting Internship experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office is required
