Product Tester

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct tests of complete systems and components under normal operating conditions.
• Investigate equipment performance and evaluate data to verify conformance to requirements.
• Develop and record test procedures and results.
• Consult with customers and dealers to ensure proper field testing has been completed.
• Assist product managers with providing internal support and provide training on new features and products.
• Assist engineering in the adaptation of new or existing systems and components to additional applications or machinery.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Agriculture or Computer related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Ability to solve problems effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills.
• Aptitude for hardware/software technical systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dealers and coworkers.
• Demonstrates skills to accurately and efficiently solve problems in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge with the following applications is preferred: yield monitoring, application control, guidance systems, and GPS.
