Working as a Production Assembler at Ag Leader offers an opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment unlike any other in the area. Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly operations to produce products such as cable assemblies, sensors, computer, and circuit board assemblies.
• Use hand tools and/or semi-automated equipment to otherwise fasten parts together.
• Perform operations in accordance to written assembly instructions and/or by using prepared examples of assemblies.
• Perform testing processes to ensure assemblies are produce within quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures, and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and
• Ability to sit or stand up to 8 hours.
• Basic computer skills.
