Ag Leader Technology, the leader in the Precision Farming Industry, is seeking a Controls Engineer for our Advanced Engineering Group. Key position responsibilities include advanced engineering analysis including modeling, and implementing mechanical/electrical and closed loop control systems.

Minimum Education Required:
Masters Degree in Electrical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in closed loop controls

Minimum Experience Required:
5 years of experience in control system design and testing.

Specific Skill Requirements:
Ability to perform advanced engineering analysis including modeling and implement mechanical/electrical and closed loop control systems. Ability to identify and create Kalman filters to implement multi-variable control strategies. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
