Job Description
Imagine yourself…
- Assessing patient needs for resources; including direction to staff
- Advocating for rights of patients and staff
- Acting as a resource for clinical expertise of surgery
- Serving as a liaison with Sterile Processing Department for their clinical service
- Ensuring smooth flow of patients through the Operating Room
- Acting as resource to students and other health care workers in surgery
General Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure
- Minimum of two years experience with exposure to and understanding of basic managerial skills necessary
- Must have advanced clinical and technical knowledge of the surgery area
