AHS Residential, LLC (dba Resia) seeks a Financial Planning Manager in Miami, FL. Responsibilities: Prepare the Strategical and Financial Planning to align the corporate goals with the strategies needed to develop and deploy the financial plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field (foreign equivalent acceptable), and 24 months of experience in job offered or related financial planning position, including experience working in finance capacity for construction company; Working with financial principles and statements; financial modeling techniques and valuation methods; key metrics for companies in construction industry; and knowledge of macroeconomics, capital markets trends and competitor activities.
