DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Manage sales, service, development and administration of new and existing aviation insurance business. Support the achievement of organizational business goals by creating a positive and productive team environment. The Account Manager II is able to motivate themselves and coordinate well with their Team Lead, colleagues and all levels of management in achieving the goals of the insurance division. Position will require moderate to high degree of independent thinking and action when working with underwriters, vendors and customers. QUALIFICATIONS Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred. Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications. Professional verbal and written communication skills required. Knowledge of aviation terms and acronyms. Current Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or the willingness to obtain one. Excellent listening and problem solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple customers, trade shows, telephone calls and computer tasks, concurrently. Ability to act and achieve under pressure.
