Description
As the largest independently held regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation performs flying services for US Airways, and ground handling services for US Airways and United Airlines.

The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for providing funcitional support of the HRIS System, Performance Management System and other HR Systems. This includes functions such as report writing data requests, and managing data integrity of the systems. The HRIS Coordinator will also assist with the design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of technology solutions to support Human Resources programs and applications. They will also act as the primary liaision between IT, HRIS, and vendor partners for training and organization development technology initiatives. Finally the HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing a variety of confidential administrative functions to support the department and the company.

Job Duties:

Assist HR system users in the development, testing, and implementation of Human Resources Systems across business units.*
Assist with defining and clearly documenting HR business process and procedures. Verify that the software utlilized is the best way possible to streamline business practices.*
Review and update business policies and procedures.*
Assist with the development and maintain Human Resources systems instructions for all Human Resources processes.*
Generate user reporting requirements, create report design, and gained required approvals.*
Develop and maintain end user training materials. Conduct training for new and current users of the systems.*
Act as liaison between Corporate and Business Unit HR departments, as well as between payroll and IT.*
Provides functional support to companywide HR system users (UltiPro, Reviewsnap, or other HR systems).*
Enters information into HR systems as necessary and ensures the data integrity of companywide HR systems.*
Performs data corrections in HR systems as reported and identified per Manager or other users.*
Supports Manager with HR System work flow design, service tickets, and support calls.*
Partners with manager to run queries and compile into Excel reports.
Responsible for maintenance and updates of HR systems training documentation and procedures.*
Identify data integrity/accuracy issues for HR systems and report them to HR Manager Compliance & Administration.*
Prepares and creates necessary reports fro department metrics and and runs ad hoc and special reports via HR systems.*
Assists with the analysis of business releted process improvements and other projets as assigned.*
Prepares and completes required reporting (i.e., EEO1, VETS 100, etc.,) as well as various surveys requiring company statistical information (i.e., employment surveys, census surveys, etc.,)*
Conducts system training, prepares materials as needed.
Completes necessary reports for department metrics and assists in tacking department metrics.
Responsible for HR department portal site and functionality.
Develops and prepares various reports of company statistical information as requested by management.*
Provides back up assistance to the Human Resources Administrators and front desk reception area, as needed.*
Coordinates and participates in companywide team events.*
Attendance is considered an essential responsibility.*
Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.*

Requirements Education/Experience:

Associate degree preferred or equivalent HRIS experience
2-3 years experience in HRIS or a related field
Excellent technical abilities to include word processing and spreadsheet skills, as well as knowledge of MS Word and Excel. UltiPro experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
No licenses required
