Description
Operating as a regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines performs flying services for American Airlines, and starting in the fall of 2017, will perform flying services for United Airlines.

Currently operating CRJ-200 regional jets as American Eagle, Air Wisconsin Airlines will be fully transitioning their fleet to a partnership with United Airlines and will operate as United Express. The full transition will be completed by March of 2018.

Air Wisconsin`s team is made up of around 1,500 members dedicated to making our travelers experiences safe and pleasant. With service to approximately 70 cities throughout North America, we carry an estimated 6 million passengers a year.

With direction from the Vice President of Safety and Security, the Corporate Emergency Response Program Manager is responsible for the primary management of the Corporate Emergency Response Program (CERP) in support of the Corporate Safety Management System (CSMS).

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

Manager and Subject Matter Expert responsible for all aspects of the CERP required by the CSMS.
Responsible for working with the operational leaders in designing, developing and enhancing all aspects of the CERP.
Responsible for Communication and coordination with major business partners.
Responsible to maintain the program manual, checklists and portal location.
Manages scheduling, delivery and documentation of all CERP training.
Ensures that all CERP records are maintained as required by the CSMS.
Ensures that all information maintained is factually correct and statistically sound.
Maintains all required documentation and records detailing administration process of the CERP as required by the CSMS.
Acts as a liaison with external organizations (DOD, FAA, NTSB, Mainline Partners, etc.) with regard to the CERP.
Responsible for developing and conducting emergency exercises and drills according to CERP standards.
Responsible for emergency notification software administration and configuration.
Responsible for administration of CERP platform access for team members.
Ensures continuous testing and improvement of the CERP plan.

General:
Assists with the Internal Evaluation Program (IEP) evaluation and auditing functions as required by the CSMS.
Assists with Safety Documentation and Records Retention as required by CSMS.
Assists with Safety Training as required by the CSMS.
Assists with Safety Promotion as required by the CSMS.
Assists with Safety Risk Management as required by the CSMS.
Assists in the Corporate Safety and Security Department Business Continuity planning and documentation process.
Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements Required Education and Experience:

Four-year BS or BA degree preferred.
One to three years related experience - Aviation, Aviation Safety, Airline Operations experience or Project Management required.
One year of management experience preferred.
Web-based communication experience preferred.
Previous experience in safety management, quality assurance and risk management preferred.
Previous experience in data, statistical and risk analysis preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
SharePoint Experience preferred.
Able to balance competing demands with producing quality results in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement strategies preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong analytical skills and logical aptitude to work with complex regulatory requirements.
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
Ability to act as an advocate for change.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain information confidentiality.
Strong ability to work in a team environment and to help others assimilate into the team.
