Alliance Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial cleaning equipment, has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the service and repair of industrial equipment. Knowledge of electrical controls systems, ladder diagrams, PLCs, and strong mechanical aptitude required. The position will require working with customers on service/warranty issues, troubleshooting, machine testing, scheduling machine run-offs and providing customer support when needed. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
