Building Maintenance
Qualifications (Education/Experience) Required:
Ten (10) years or more experience with building maintenance, central plant operations, electrical and plumbing. MD 4th Class or above. Must have own tools. Live on site is preferable.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing leaks, electrical fixtures, drywall repairs, strong HVAC background, i.e. sweating, replacing shut off valves, convection air handlers, etc. Position calls for biweekly emergency call.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience. Includes full benefit package, vacation, and personal time.
