Responsibilities: Provide Program Analyst support to the PMA-207 C/KC-130 IPT. Support the Level I and Level II IPT Leads and provide continuity for C/KC-130 leadership, keeping all efforts progressing during their absence. Facilitate efficient and effective operations, with emphasis on communications within the IPT, the PMA, and all stakeholders. Assist in prioritizing efforts and assigning resources to adjudicate tasks. Plan and coordinate meetings and ensure efforts are executed to meet suspense dates/times. Identify, document, assign, coordinate and track completion of action items. Research, coordinate and follow up briefing material for all briefing requirements. Assist in integrating all efforts within the Teams.
Education: BS or BA degree from an accredited university in Administration, Business, or Management.
Allowable Substitution: AS or AA degree from an accredited university and an additional four (4) years of experience; or an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical, or business discipline; and included in the four (4) years, there must be two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapons systems and components development. Must be knowledgeable with DoD, DoN, and NAVAIR processes and procedures
Other: An Active Secret Security Clearance is Required.
