Responsibilities: Responsible for providing direct JPA Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) support to PMA-213 Landing Systems IPT, tracking the execution of baselined schedules and development of future programmatic schedules.
Provide comprehensive support in the development and tracking of Government IMSs. Projects to include current ACLS and Landing Systems ECP schedules, the baseline of the Landing Systems Upgrade Program (LSUP), and the development of several Landing Systems COTS procurement schedules. Will create key milestone charts to be provided at presentation briefings as necessary.
Communicate project status to Level II/III daily, attend meetings, track actions, respond to data calls on cost, schedule, performance, light travel. Attend all IPT meetings or otherwise as directed by the IPTL. Other duties as required.
Track the reciept and review of Landing Systems IPT CDRLs. Draft necessary government correspondence to contractual responses in support of all program related activities. These documents may include, but are not limited to, CDRLs, Statement of Work, and letters/memorandums to internal and external stakeholders.
Education: AS or AA degree from an accredited university.
Allowable Substitution: Two years of experience can be substituted for an AS or AA degree.
Experience: At least two (2) years experience in business or technical position.
Other: Active Secret Security Clearance Required.
